Q: Someone please explain the I love you scene in S4: TFP!....Did sherlock mean it? Why did he break the coffin? Please! My sherlolly heart is dying to know!

A: There have been a ton of posts about this already, so if you’re asking for my POV: He meant it. The second ILY was him realizing he meant it and the coffin smashing was him venting his frustrations at his sister for forcing him and Molly to go through this devastatingly emotional moment. Especially since he was just realizing how deep and true his feelings for Molly were, and because it hurt him to know that he was hurting Molly by doing it the way Eurus made him do it.
