Rewatching the "I don't count" scene
 (Sherlock meta by sherlocklock)

I was just watching Reichenbach and I, of course, came across the scene “I don’t count” and I had to pause for like 30 seconds to get my shit back together. Cause I think that Molly just says it offhand, like, “Of course I don’t count. It’s just a fact.” She’s not asking him to refute it, she just accepts it. And it just makes me so sad because even, in the face of that, she still extends her hand of friendship. She is willing to do anything for Sherlock without question, despite the fact that doing so puts her in horrible danger, and she doesn’t ask for anything in return. She just loves him and wants to help.

And while I think that Sherlock is probably incapable of having a relationship with anyone, romantically, if he were to be in a relationship, I think Molly would be the one because over the three seasons, she watches him and begins to understand and accept him. [...] I think that, other than John, Molly is one of the only people who truly loves Sherlock for who he is and doesn’t want him to change and wants the best for him and will throw herself in any position for him (including making herself be the bad guy when she slaps him in order to do what’s best for him).

So in conclusion, Molly is amazing and I love her.
